Hot Spicy Boiled Fish(simple style)

Prepare(1-2 servings) :   

Fish Slice                             1pack
Slices Ginger                       20g
Garlic                                   30g
Napa Cabbage                    300g
Vermicelli                            1roll
Oil                                       150ml
Yumyumia Hot chili oil       15g
Dried Chili                           30g
Chili Bean Sauce                 30g
Broth                                  500ml 

 

Steps: 

1) Peel and shred the ginger, peel and mince the garlic, wash and drain the dried chili.


2) Add some oil and stir-fry the Napa Cabbage until they are cooked.


3) Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, drain and pick it up.


3) Add some oil, add ginger, minced garlic, yumyumia Hot chili oil and chili bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.


4) Add Broth and high heat cook  over for 5 minutes


5) Turn low heat and cook for 5 minutes more.


6) Separate the dregs from the soup and leave it in the pot.


7) Boil the vermicelli for 1 minute and remove.


8) Turn the heat to the lowest setting, put the fish slices into the pot one by one, spread them lightly with chopsticks, and low heat cook until cooked through.


9) Place Napa cabbage and vermicelli on the pot, pour in fish slices and soup.


10) Bring the remaining oil to a boil, add dried chili and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the aroma is released, then pour it on the fish slices to complete.
