Garlic Spicy Spaghetti

Prepare:
- 150g spaghetti
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- 1 whole garlic (2/3 sliced and 1/3 minced after steaming)
- Yumyumia Hot Chili Oil 1tsp
- 1-2 chili peppers (sliced)
- Salt to taste
-Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Steps:
1) Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente (slightly al dente) according to package instructions.
2) After cooking, keep some of the pasta cooking water
3) In a large pan, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.
4) When the oil is hot, add the sliced garlic and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic turns crispy, but be careful not to burn it, and add the steamed minced garlic.
5) At this time, add sliced chili and Yumyumia Hot Chili Oil.
6) Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot and stir-fry quickly to allow the spaghetti to fully absorb the flavor of the garlic spicy sauce.
7) If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water and stir evenly.
8) Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley
9) Pour out the garlic spicy spaghetti and enjoy it while hot.
