Hot Spicy & Sour Soup With Rice Noodle

Prepare(1-2 servings):


Rice noodles                        150g
Minced pork                        150g
Salted pickled cabbage       120g
Leeks                                     30g
Beans Sprouts                       30g
Bean curd sticks                   to taste 
Fish balls                               3 pcs
Cuttlefish balls                      3 pcs
Fish Puffs                              3 pcs

Crab sticks                            4 pcs
Water/Chicken broth          500ml
Oil                                        10g

 

Seasoning :
yumyumia hot chili oil         2 tsp
Chili bean sauce                  1 tsp

 

Marinade:
Sugar                                   5g
Soy sauce                           10g
Cornstarch                           5g
Pepper                             to taste

Oil                                        5g

 

Steps:

1. Marinate the minced pork for 30 minutes.

2. Soak the bean curd sheets until soft, remove them, cook the rice noodles, and rinse with cold water.

3. Heat the pot, add oil, and fry the marinated pork mince.

4. Add yumyumia hot chili oil , chili bean sauce, and salty pickled cabbage and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add water or chicken broth and bring to boil.

6. Add rice noodles, fish balls, cuttlefish balls, fish puffs,  crab sticks, leeks, and bean curd stick, and bring to a boil again.

7. Bring to a boil and add bean sprouts. 

 

🌶Yumyumia hot chili oil uses natural umami flavor for seasoning.
Just use water as the soup base. It's tasty enough.
(Or use chicken broth or pork bone broth).

Seasonings can be added or subtracted according to your taste
